With Matthew C. Waxman, Liviu Librescu Professor of Law, Columbia Law School. Mr. Waxman spoke about Charles Evans Hughes and the Constitutional War Powers. Held at the Court on October 17, 2018, the lecture was one of the Leon Silverman Lecture Series for 2018, introduced by Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch.
Attending the Supreme Court on June 3, 2019, Annual Lecture: A Conversation with Associate Justice Clarence Thomas, moderated by David M. Rubenstein.
With Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch, Mt. Vernon, Virginia on September 26, 2019, where he spoke about his most recent book, "A Republic, If You Can Keep It."
